Planning. Designing and facilitating the strategic-planning
process (whether you have done strategic planning before
or not, this process guarantees you will choose the best
strategy and get buy-in from all affected individuals),
including preparing for the process and implementation

Thinking. Fostering strategic thinking in the
organization (without an ability to come up with alternative
strategies and business models, any strategic planning
you do will be suboptimal)

Planning. Developing operational plans and assisting
with implementation and control (the best strategies and
plans are useless if they cannot be implemented smoothly,
quickly, and successfully)
